PokerTracker3 - Purchase

Hi,

My computer crashed a few weeks ago and I lost my install of PokerTracker2 and PokerAce HUD. I haven't figured out how to fix this yet so I'm currently playing without "help".
Am I still able to upgrade to new version of PokerTracker and PokerAce when released?
