Hi,
since 2 Days ich got the Problem, that PT3 isnt regenerate the stats. I cant explain that, cause i dindt change any setting. When the problem first occured i clustered the database and it worked again, but after i while PT just stopped displaying new stats.
Im playing on Pokerstars.

PT still importing hand histories?

Refresh button doesnt work, i also restarted PT, no effect.
PT is importing fine.

can you be a little more specfic on what stats are not "re-generating"?

Well all old Stats are still displayed, but the new hands are no longer used. This happens not from the beginning of a session, but when i played for like half an hour ( 6 tables/SH).

Do you mean in the HUD?
When you see this, are the hands still importing?

Have you set up Refresh Rates in the HUD Options? Make sure there are no gaps between the ranges.

What version of PT3 are you using? Build 2 or Beta 15?
If it's not B15, please try that.
Download and install PT3.
Please read the Beta 15 release notes first.

If it is B15, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem on as few tables as possible and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first) to the
Support system , and link to this thread.

I'm experienceing the same (I believe) issue
Refresh button just does nothing, the only way to refresh stats is Filters->OK
Just downloaded Beta 15, it behaves the same way. There is nothing in log, except few SQL queries, when I click Refresh, new query doesn't appear there, but it does when I click Filters->Ok

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log to the
Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket.
