Manual Importing

Hi!

Just looking for advice on how to manually import hands. A friend has emailed me hand histories from his datamined sessions at Party poker as I am just starting to play there. When I am manually importing them from the file it says:

2008/03/22 17:23:19: Import beginning
2008/03/22 17:23:19: Import file: C:\Users\COD\Desktop\Poker\Party HHs\NL_0.25-0.50_6Max_PartyPoker.zip
2008/03/22 17:23:19: Unrecognized file format.
2008/03/22 17:23:19: Import complete. 0 hands in 1 file were imported. (0 errors, 0 duplicates)
2008/03/22 17:23:19:
2008/03/22 17:23:19: Clustering...
2008/03/22 17:23:41: Clustering complete.

It says the file was imported but no HHS were imported to my database.


Should I unzip the folder or could I just save them in the same folder as my other HHs are saved to and start auto-import?

You need to unzip the file - you should be able to either put them in your existing HH folder or do a manual import on wherever you unzip to.
