not able to open PT3 when site was down

Hey

I don't know if this was intended, but was not able to open PT, in the same time that the site was down.
Didn't think that PT connected to the internet when it opened.

If this happens again, please attach the PokerTracker.log file to a support ticket. It should not be locking up.
