windows vista.. not reading hand histories

I used windows vista the other day for the first time and I went to Full tilt, clicked the save hand histories and all that but when I use PT3, it is not reading any hand histories so I don't if my computer is actually saving the hand histories or what. What can I do to fix this on vista?

Open 'My Computer' and browse to your Full Tilt Poker directory then \HandHistory. Are there any *.txt hand history files there? If not, are you running both Full Tilt and PokerTracker 3 as an administrator?
