PT3 opens only 1 time after download!

Hi

I have a strange problem with pt3. after i downloaded it from this website it opend up and worked good. when i restarted my computer the next day, pt3 didn't open anymore. when i checked my task manager it showed that pt3 is on. when i end the process i can't use my internetexplorer anymore... i have to restart my computer again. then i uninstalled pt3 and downloaded it again. and again it opend and worked. after i restarted my computer the problem with the not opening was there again. am i doing something wrong??

If killing the PokerTracker.exe process kills your internet explorer, then I'm thinking you have computer problems unrelated to PT3. To confirm, reproduce this, and attach the PokerTracker.log file to a support ticket. Make sure you reference this thread.

Hi,

I am experiencing a somewhat similar problem. PT 3 Beta 9 was working completely fine without problems for several days. Today, when I open the program, only the Splash Screen appears and the program does not load. Poker Tracker is displayed until the Task Manager and I've tried restarting my computer to no avail.

My internet explorer is fine and I haven't installed any other new programs over the last couple days. I am running Vista.

Problem fixed after re-install of PT3.
