Don't store database passwords in plain-text

If you open up C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Data\Config\PokerTracker.cfg, you'll see that the passwords entered for databases are stored in plain-text. This seems kinda bad to me.

I tend to agree but I do not think its a huge issue since it is only for your database...we'll change this eventually.
