End time of tournaments

It looks like the end time of Pokerstars SnG tournaments is off by one hour. For example, I have a tournament that started on May 4 at 00:42 and ended at 01:41 (according to the tournament summary from stars). But in PT3, it shows a start time of 00:42 and end time of 02:41. This seems to be happening to all my tournaments.

As an aside, is the end time the end time of the tournament, or the end time of the tournament for me?
