CG Hand detail missing card

Some of my hand details information are missing a card either on flop/turn or river.
For example it says
flop: 4 T
turn: J
river Q

Winning hand: Two pairs
Losing hand: A high (an then there is a K as kicker???)

then I go and read 'hand history' and there it says that winning hand is the straight which in PT shows is the losing hand :S
Tell me if Im not explaining it clear enough and Ill make it bulletproof clear next time
