Yes, that's what I'd expect - if that hand history is complete, then you left the table with $13.45. If those are all the hands you imported to PT3, then there's no bug with PT3 - if you played another orbit (e.g. paid BB but missed SB then you might have paid out another 25c) then maybe the hand histories weren't written correctly.
