This Version is about to be expired,PT 3 beta 11

Hi,
sorry if I wrote anything wrong, english isnt my first language.
I get this message, but I have download the last release.Thought about a cached page, but that seems not to be the problem.
My version is the beta 11.
Another problem is that with the outdated database.Why PT3 dont start the postgres server service automaticly?If I start the service manual,all is o.k.!

I have exactly the same problem with the message about expired, but it starts although.

Yes, it's *about* to expire, it hasn't expired yet. There will be a new version before it does..

Oh,great message then.....u use the same (or maybe without the "about") message, if the version is expired.
Why u confuse your users with that message?
I mean every time before, i get this text, it was a newer version available.So i thought i have a problem.
Is it because of the big traffic use, if you make this "on demand" instead of this confusing message?

This message,with the outdated database, i think is any misconfig of me.Because the started server use a lot of my ressources, i decide to start the server manual.
Sry im too old, so I forget it...
