No stats/graphs viewable for number of hands tracked

Recently ive not been able to see any stats or graphs for the hands tracked, im also not able to see previous stats, basically the whole stat center is not working/viewable, a red worded line that goes across the graph box,saying something like "then holdem hand player statistics", basically a line that doesnt make since.
How do i go about fixing this problem, will i have to uninstall, reinstall the program again?

Reinstalling likely won't help. If the hands are importing and the HUD is displaying then things are configured properly. It seems likely that you have a filter set that's causing problems - click the Clear button at the top right and let me know if that helps. Also, on the graph, try unticking Overlay Stats and let me know if that helps there.

hey, thanks for your reply.

i clicked clear and the last ~100k hands loaded perfectly, when i went to filter dates the names of who i played on the left hand side showed up but no stats or graphs for the specific dates.
also, this is pt3 im on about, hence there is none or i cant find any overlay option.

were do i go from here?

It's called "Show Session Stats" or "Show Tournament Stats" and there's a checkbox for it in the left hand sidebar when on the Graphs tab.

You do need to click on a player to see his stats - the active player is selected from the list. Are you sure you've picked a player with some decent data?

clicking either of them does nothing for me bar what ive already said for the "clear" option.
yes, the amount of data isnt an issue, i cant even see my own data not to mind any body elses.

Please restart PT3 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file in the C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 3 folder - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that is in that folder.
