Winamax: suddently without HUD (mac)

Hi

A fellow of pokerstrategy.fr has a mac and PT3 worked fine until two days ago; the hands are still imported but there's no hud anymore. He has the most recent version of PT3.

Do you know about a problem with winamax?

I haven't heard about anything. Does he get any errors when trying to import the hands?

No error messages, nothing. His last message was:
"il y a meme les mains qui s'affichent quand elle sont finis sur la table pour tout dire"
There are hands which are shown when the hand is finished"

What can I ask him for? Logging?

Get him to send us his logs (the PokerTracker.log file) and the hand history files he was trying to import via our support system and we'll look into this for him.
