PT3 Build 2 HUD and Split pot problems

My HUD is not displaying i tried stopping and starting and reseting still nothing, it was working in build 1 though

Also

When i split a pot with someone it says we both lost money and no one won any.

There are times in a split pot when no one wins money (only the house). For instance, if the hand was heads up before the flop, and you two stay in it to split the pot, well, the house gets a rake, and you two get back what's left which would be less than what you put in, so you lose money. Does this happen EVERY split pot, or did you only notice it once or twice.

As for your HUD problem, please submit a support ticket about this and attach your .log file with it as well. This is located at C:\Program Files\Poker Tracker 3\pokertracker.log
