My PT4 doesn't work.

Sorry to be so vague, but that's about all I can say about this rather complex application.
I'm not really sure where to look or what to do. All I know is that it doesn't work.

The HUD is not showing up at all and I see no way to make it do anything.

I can click through tabs and what not, and I'm posting to this thread from within the app's community tab.
My pokerstars handle shows up in the view status tab but no other personalized data is seems to be populated.

If you click Get Hands While Playing on the Play Poker page, and then play a few hands of poker, do the hands import and the HUD display? You do need to tell PT4 to start getting hands in this way before the HUD displays.

Once hands have been imported you'll see data in the other areas of PT4.
