Mac OS: no HUD in Holdem tournaments on PokerStars.BE

Hello,

I play on Mac OS and I cannot get the HUD to work in THNL tournaments on PokerStars.BE (I am from Belgium).
It works well for cash games on the same PokerStars.BE but NOT in tournaments: nothing shows up on the table.
This problem appeared in the last versions of PT3 (e.g. PT3 3.14.5) and still exists in PT4.
The problem exists with Mac OS Lion and Moutain Lion (not tested on other versions of Mac OS).

To summarize:

HUD not working with the following configuration:

• MacOS Lion or MoutainLion
• PT3 3.14.5 or PT4 4.09.1
• PokerStars.BE version 6 build 7221
• THNL tournaments

PokerStars.BE is in English, so is my MacOS... I tried everyhting and I miss my HUD very badly!

Please enable logging in PT4 via Configure -> Options -> Logging Enabled, restart PT4, and reproduce this problem. Then if you could report it via our support system with the log file, that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.
