I am Appalled By the Customer service for PT3

That was the date I must have Purchased PT3 or there abouts.
I have never been able to use the program because every-time i have tried to install PT3 it has failed
I Hit connect on the Configure PostgreSQl server and it comes up with UNABLE TO CONNECT.TO THIS DATABASE>PLEASE CHECK CONFIGURATION
I had left trying to install it for 18 months. But a Poker friend of mine uses it and tells me it a good tracker.
The emails that have bee going back and forth in the last week to the Tech help have been nothing short of abysmal.
All the response is links to there installation guide and how to over come problems. But what they fail to see is the problem i am having there is no help on.
I have installed and uninstailed PT3 and postgre so many times and it will not work. Me and a friend (the one who says its good) spend 3 hours trying to install it.
I can see why a Poker Training web-site i am in Affiliates with promotes HEm2 and not PT3.
I would just like to state that i have never felt so let down by a Customer service team when i have rightly purchased there product.

That's strange, because I personally worked with you in a remote session on May 14th 2012 in which I made sure everything was set up and working properly for you.

Please respond in your ticket that you'd like another remote session and we will gladly get things set up for you again.

Hi Yes i do remember that!
After about a week or so for some unknown reason PT3 would stop importing hands in to the tracker after 4 hands
I also found out i made the purchase in 2012 not 2011.
Thus this enabled me to download PT4 upgrade for free. but i tryed that and it is the same problem.
I am free to do a remote session anytime that you would like and i Thanks you for the offer as it would mean a great deal.

It may sound cheeky but any chance it could happen today before the weekend grind?

I would also say. I do not believe that you understand how tilting it is to have these problems.
