Can I get PT4 for free?

When I first log-in ( still in the 30 day trial), it says that I can have this software for free if I have an account with certain poker sites. I play on Merge. Deposited $100 and been playing on that for about a month now. I have started on here about the same time. Does this qualify me to have this software for free? And if so, what do I do to get it. I clicked on the poker site I use at the bottom of the log-in page, but I don't see instructions to get the free software.
