Error message with dataimport pokerstars

Hi

A fellow of pokerstrategy.fr told me about his problems with dataimport pokerstars:

He has Stars installed in english, it concerns only hu sit go and he runs the version V3.14.6

What is the problem?

There appears to be a problem in a couple of the hand histories he's trying to import. If he sends them to us via our support system we'll look into what could be going on here.
