No HUD at stars.

I have been using the test version of poker tracker 3 fine on Pokerstars, I've just bought the commercial release and now the HUD doesn't work at all. just playing a single table cash game. Nothing. It's just not there. Still showing mucked hands though. Must be something simple/stupid I'm doing wrong.

Thankyou. Solved it with your FAQ. My database wasn't checked in Configur HUD. I'm new to poker tracker. Like I said, something simple...
