Columns in the "General" tab don't remember their size

I found the columns a little wide for my tastes (it's also a nonstandard columns control - CTRL and + usually resize the columns to the smallest size with the text in it - try it in windows explorer), so I resized them. I hit refresh and bam, they all went back to the normal (and too big) size.
