Support System Usage Questions

I was asked to open a support ticket and attach my HH to it. I have a couple of questions regarding your support system. First of all there is no Ongame category yet (see https://www.pokertracker.com/support/?cat_id=42). I tried posting in Error with Stats (Cash) category, but I noticed that From field displayed both my user name and my email address. Of course I don't want my email address to be shown. Will my email address be shown to other users? Is it possible to browse tickets posted by other users in your support system?

None of your private information is available to other users, no-one can see your support tickets apart from the admins.
If you can't find the correct category at any stage you can just ignore it and jump straight to reporting your problem.

Yes, you should get an email notification when the status changes. You should get one when you create it. If you don't please check junk mail filters. You can also look up My Tickets.
