Importing my PT2 DB into PT3

Sorry if this has been asked a million times before, but I searched the first few pages and couldn't find anything. How do I import all my hands from PT2 into PT3? I am pretty computer dumb, so if if there is a super simple process someone could outline I would sooooo appreciate it. Thanks.

I should add that it imported a few hundred HH when I first ran "auto import" but thats all. My PT2 database is prob ~ 1mil hands and I have no clue how to get them PT2 ----> PT3

Ok figured it out. Seem I am export HH from to PT2 into a file and then manually import into PT3.
