none of my players shwing up

none of the players in my tourneys are showing up in my database, I even did the tourney results and im not in the database?

Have you defined your own name ? I know i didn't have any stats showing up before i've done so, here's where you have to click :

Did the hands show as importing? Does the auto-import database match the Active database (see the title bar of PT3)?
Did you click Refresh?
