PT3 - died while saving a report and won't restart

I was making a change to the "Sample Fish" report in the reports section and clicked save then immediately the PT3 screen disappeared and PT3 process terminated within windows. I verified this in the Task screen.

I attempted to restart PokerTracker3 amd startup screen Version 3.00 build 2 displays and the it freezes there.

I shutdown and rebooted the system several times and PT3 still hangs on the Version/Welcome screen. The task manager shows little activity.

I checked the database server using pgadmin and PostgreSQL Databse Server 8.2 is running ...

I have made a lot of customizations in the HUD and reports for PT3 and do not wish to lose these or my extensive database?

Josh ... What should I do?

PS: You have done a great job in improving the functionality of PT3 ... I love it ...

I also used the pgadmin program to vacumn the active database.

I set Logging to Y in the PT3 config file ... and here is the results of the log file..

My suggestion was going to be to re-install PT3, but if you are concerned about losing configuration you would be sensible to backup any files under the PT3 installation folder that have been changed since you installed. Copy those somewhere else before you re-install. I hope that they won't all be overwritten, but I'm not sure and wouldn't like to guarentee..
