pt3 update error

I have updated several times during beta. Now when i download and install I get this error.

error opening file for writing

c:\program files\pokertracker3\pokertracker.exe

I tried to delete everything and reinstall but i got a similar error.

Please close PokerTracker 3 before attempting to update. If PT3 is open, you will not be able to update properly. If the "Please update" window is open, PokerTracker 3 is still running. Click "OK", then close PokerTracker 3 and then proceed to upgrade as normal.
