Importing hands

Hey guys, I have had my PT3 on auto import and it has taken 9 hours so far, to input 117k hands. I think I've got about 400k for the last 3-4 months and probably another 100k before then. So about 500k in total. Could I cancel this and manually import these quicker? will this automatically overwrite the same files in the database? Or would I have 2 copies of some hands? Which I dont want.

Yes, the manual import will be much faster.
Any hands that have already been imported won't be imported again.
Once the manual import has completed, you will need to move the files so the auto import doesn't try to read them again next time you start it.
