cant launch pokertracker anymore

i just wrote a support ticket because i cant use pokertracker anymore. therefore i started pokertracker to reproduce the problem and getting the logfile. i closed pokertracker, sent the ticket and tried to start pokertracker again. but now i always get this message:

Error while unpacking program, code LP5. Please report to author.

If you are using any anti-virus or security software, make sure you upgrade to the latest version of said software.

yes, i do use those software. and it´s automatically updated every day. anyway....a few hours later i could start pt again. thx
