importing hands keeps giving an error

Postby juliussart » Fri Feb 15, 2008 5:41 pm

Hi,

First of all, it all seems soooo good!
Issue i have with this Beta 4 is that it keeps giving me an error on auto import:
[quoted0c]PokerStars: Unable to import hand (#15304434907. Reason: Unable to execute query: COPY holdem_hand_player_statistics FROM STDIN;; Reason: Fatal Error (ERROR: extra data after last expected column CONTEXT: COPY holdem_hand_player_statistics, line 1: "1229 538 538 0 4 697 2008/02/15 21:20:10 0 f 0 f 0 f t f f f 0 f 0 f f f f f 0 f 0 f f f f f 0 f 0 f..." )
[/quoted0c]

EDIT: the issue might be because i switch'd domains between install and current use of the program

Re: Few Issues, import and missing hand history

Did you create a new database with beta 4? If not, you'll need to.

I'm not sure what you mean that you're missing one hand history. If it's not in the hand history file, there's no way PT3 can import it.

That was totally my bad, i was manual importing from the processed files instead of the actual Handhistory. I have created a new DB but i'll get back to you when i have re-installed the postgre and PT3 now that im in the new domain. My guess is that all works well and the problem lies on the user end
