Importing hands from PokerStars error?

Hey!
I wanted to import my hands from pokerstars...
But when i start importing it tells me:

Import beginning
2008/02/14 17:16:16: Import file: blabla - No Limit Hold'em.txt
2008/02/14 17:16:16: Unrecognized file format.
2008/02/14 17:16:16: Import complete. 0 hands in 1 file were imported. (0 errors, 0 duplicates)


so...
no hands were imported...and everything is empty..
i thought it works with pokerstars?

i played for a few days on partypoker and when pt3 imported the hands from partypoker it worked..
but why not with pokerstars
please help me!

Are these hand histories in English? If not, PT3 won't be able to read them. If they are, attach one of these files to a support message.

I have the same problem!
I just installed your software, but it does not import data(hands) from PokerStars.
It does not automatically detect Pokerstars client.

Please, help.

Did you set PokerStars to use the English language?
