Unable to Log In to Database

Downloaded Poker Tracker 3 last week, got Poker Stars to send me my hand histories and downloaded into Poker Tracker 3. No problem. Been playing on Poker Stars and hands come through. No problem. But, I re-booted my computer this morning for an unrelated issue, and now when I boot up Poker Tracker I get following message: "Unable to log in to database (PT3 Beta DB2). Reason: could not connect to server: Connection refused (0 x 0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "locahost" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?"

I really have no idea what all that means and why I'm getting this message.

Go Start->Program Files->PostgreSQL->Stop Service
then go Start->Program Files->PostgreSQL->Start Service

See if that resolves the issue.

Good deal. Please let me know if this is an issue each time that you reboot your computer. There may be an issue with PostgreSQL starting up properly when you boot up.
