Beta 21 bug with "mine" button

I have a new computer with PT3 installed on it and finally the boss media support arrived. There is still a problem. I played 1400 hands at boss today and those are the only hands in my PT3 database at this computer. Now when I insert my screen name from the settings and push the mine-button it shows my stats correctly but when I restart PT3 and push the mine-button again comes the message saying I have not configured my player name so I have to insert my screen name to the settings everytime I start PT.

That works for me.
Are you using Vista? Are you running PT3 as Administrator?

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log file to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

it works with my another computer as well. wierd. Both computers using vista and Im running programs as administrator. I tried to import some ipoker hands as well no help still loses my screen name everytime I restart. Not a clue how that logging works but if it happens only restarting i cant get it logged? am i right

Ok, so I got it working now. Problem was solved by installing build 3 and playing couple of hands and then setting screen name. After that when I did the update to beta 21 I didn't have any problemms.

Could you now please try changing your 'mine' player in Beta 21 and see if it works? If it doesn't save for you in Beta 21, please send us a log file so we can work out why.

Since 21 my name doesnt get store also!!!

It works now even if I change screen name to someone elses. Pretty weird. Hope that auto rate problem that i sent today will also be fixed somehow.

I'm having the same problem. It does not remember who I am and I have to select my player name each time I start PT3. Is there a setting in the PokerTracker.cfg file that saves this? I don't see one in mine.

Have you configured it using the Settings button?
I'm not sure where it's stored, but it works fine for me in Beta 21.

it works if you have hands with previous betas or builds but if you have played only with beta 21 even if you insert from the settings button program loses this setting every time restarted. This is getting really annoying!
