This is something you can do to find if there's a problem file. Go to your PokerTracker 3 folder. There should be a PokerTracker.log file there. If you are opening this file right after an import which crashed PT3, the last line on this log should correspond to something from the problem handhistory file. As an example, this is the last line from my PokerTracker.log :
[code1g6]2008/00/24 23:05:46.899: [00002396][PostgresConnection (Error)] Unable to execute query: COPY holdem_hand_summary FROM STDIN;; Reason: Fatal Error (ERROR: duplicate key violates unique constraint "hhs-unique_hand_no" CONTEXT: COPY holdem_hand_summary, line 1: "1318912 300 1 9 [b]4398395435[/b] 2007/12/05 08:43:48 2008/01/24 23:05:46 6 0 0 0 148.70 3.00 0.50 125 892 ..." )[/code1g6]
I found this 4398395435 to be the hand number. I was then able to find the problem file within my handhistory folder by doing a search for the text 4398395435. Once you locate the file, you can move it to another location and import the folder again. Here's a screenshot for the search in windows:

ps. to admins: I couldn't find a way to turn my BBCode on.
