Where can I find the Hand History document to send? The only ones I can find are in the processed file, but these are XML documents and it will not allow me to send these

Yes, you will need to send the HH file from the 'processed' folder.
Right click the file that you want to send, and choose "Send To .. Compressed Folder", which will create a zip file, and you will be able to attach that zip file to a ticket.

Any news yet guys? Tried everything that has been asked of me a still only certain stats are showing up on full size screen, but when switched to mini mode all the stats I have configured show up.

Hey Guys, I appreciate you are busy but any chance of an update, ticket number is 32906. Sorry to nag but I have been waiting over a month. Any advice much appreciated.

This ticket is marked as a bug by our lead developer, but I don't know anything more than that I'm afraid.
I'm sorry about the delay, but these issues can be quite specific and tricky.
I'll make sure the developers see this thread, though.

Are you still having this problem in Build 3?
I would suggest generating a new log file and attaching it to your ticket and saying that it still occurs in Build 3.

Yes the problem still occurs on the build 3. I will create a log file when i have finished work.
