WRONG. I'm using XP. I sent you my log files earlier.

Make sure that Stars is still writing hand histories and that PT3 is configured to import from wherever they are being written, and that you are running both PS and PT3 as Administrator.

It's not a VISTA-issue, I'm using XP and my HUD stopped working exactly after the Stars update was installed. There's definately a connection there and I ask you to look into the matter. I'm on the verge of buying the product but this must be sorted first. :(

Are you playing cash games or tournaments? Is the HUD not working for either? Please enable logging and attach the PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files along with a few hand histories to a Support Ticket and reference this thread. Please remember to rename the PokerStars hand history files as their long file names can cause issues when trying to upload them to our support system.

I'm playing Cash games. OK, will send you the log-files in the weekend if this isn't sorted by then. I'm sure there are lots of other users out there who have the same problem so hopefully the reasons behind this will be clear to all of us soon.

HUD also not working here at Stars (and Party).

I am using Vista 64, both PT3 and Stars run as admin. Hand history is saved, PT has the path.

Plus this error message is shown while auto importing:

2008/09/24 18:03:41: Auto-Import stopped.
2008/09/24 18:03:41:

Edit: No new hands imported since the Party and Stars Update.

Frustrating. I would like to focus on playing poker instead of dealing with software problems. Please fix this ASAP.

Thank you.

Edit: This pops up, when I close PT3:

For some reason its working again. Started up Stars and there was yet ANOTHER update and after that - HUD is working again. Seems like it might have been Stars who who c*cked something up. :D

Please enable logging, reproduce this problem then attach the PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHud.log files to a support ticket. I'm positive I can figure out what's going on and get it working for you.
