I didn't mean to belittle your problem, but we can't fix every issue instantly - these issues are being worked on.

I can't understand the :"enable logging... " discurse...

I mean, everybody is having the SAME problem with Ongame and PT3-HUD... haven't you got any ongame software where you can try that it's working fine???

If so...is is working fine in your computer your Ongame Skin (tower, or whatever) multitabling with PT3-HUD???

I would understand the enable logging and sending the log to support message for "extrange or unusual issues or problems", but not for a well known problem.

I think it is not a good image for your company asking for logs to customers as if you didn't know the problem already.

The developers aren't able to play at OnGame since they are in the US. Plus, would you rather they were playing poker at every supported site every day in order to notice problems, or working on development? It's just not practical, and not possible to discover every bug for everyones' computer before release.

I don't know exactly what the developers are working on all the time. Once the issue is resolved you will get a reply to your ticket.

I don't think so - it's not listed in the release notes.

At this point, there's no immediate solution to this problem. Since PT3 does not have this problem with other sites, something OnGame does is causing this problem. Unfortunately, they are deciding to blame the problem on us (though this problem does not occur with other sites).

To work around this problem would require dedicating significant resources to the problem, and we unfortunately cannot afford that at this time. We will revisit this in the future, but for now, please try to avoid playing with overlapped windows so when they popup, it does not result in a misclick.
