Not for nothing, but it seems as though support doesn't know what on pt3 seeing as how they asked me if my stat problem was a custom or repository stat. I did the enable logging, and I sent a picture of the problems it appears on the table, what more do I need to do. I also find it very inconvenient that I'm ask to produce a hand history or what not with that problem, as I refuse to play with that error on my tables. I'm not trying to be rude or anything, but whats the deal?!?

Did you point out that it's a new stat?
What is your ticket number?

Both of these tickets (btw, there's no point in creating several tickets about the same issue) are in our lead developers' inbox, so it will be fixed. Also, I can't see that a hand history has been requested, but log files have been requested and are required to troubleshoot most issues.

Hello:

Thank you for contacting PokerTracker Support. Do you have some hands which do not compute correctly for this stat you can attach to this ticket as well, please? We need to be able to reproduce the error ourselves.

I thought he was asking for a HH. And as far as 2 tickets, i forgot I started 1 already, then just kept it going.

To clarify: There is now a built-in stat called "Fold BB to SB Steal", which is copied from my "BB Fold to SB".
I guess you're getting this error for every player? In which case I don't think hand histories will be needed. What site are you playing at? Is it stars where you don't get hand history files for observed hands?

Yes, the error is for every player, and I do play on Stars. Can you fix this, or do I have to wait for a reply from support?
Thank you for all and any help.

Open the Custom Stats window and go to 'holdem cash player statistics' section then Statistics tab.
Find the stat that's causing the problem ("Fold BB to SB Steal", yes?).
Have a look at which columns it is using.
Go to the Columns tab, and check that those columns both exist?

If you mean, since I really don't know much about this (cnt_p_BB_fold_to_SB / cnt_p_BB_fold_to_SB_opp), I couldn't find them. So I assume they don't exist. Should I add them, if yes, how do I do this?
Thank you for all and any help.

Right - that will be the problem. Please add this information to your ticket.
For now, if you import my 'BB Fold to SB' from the repository it should install those columns for you.
