I cant ever open it now, tried the "stop service" to, doesnt work for me. Now i cant even open my non-functional pT3 lol

Please explain exactly what happens..
Do you see the splash screen?
Does the main application ever appear?
Do you have Postgres processes if you look in Task Manager -> Processes?
