Ok no more whining from me, sorted it out, i just had to turn off the "enable memory grabber". The funny thing is that at home with my other comp, it on, and no problems... wonder y...

where is this "memory enabler" option, I'm having the same issues you are

Also make sure that PokerStars is installed in English - it looks as if you may not be because your currency amounts (in the HH filenames) have commas instead of full stops.
The Memory Scanner should not prevent normal hand history files being imported.

If you still have this problem, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
