ok now it's just not working at all, how do i enable logging?

It's all messed up it says my avg BB/100 for some tables are 5, 940.00$ in micro limits with only info on one guy

My avg score is negative though on these tables...

Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt open tables.

everything else says 100.00 besides Avg AFq that is 33.33 and Avg AF that is 0.50

How do I enable logging?

Go to Configure-->Options--> "Logging Enabled

It'll require a restart of PT3. Once you have restarted, in your main Pokertracker 3 directory there should be log files Pokertracker.log and PokertrackerHUD.log

KK ill do it tommorrow but what do i do after i have it enabled? just try and troubleshoot like normal or play some hands or..?

Just recreate the problem you are having. So what you say here:

Once you recreate the issue, then open a ticket in the support system https://www.pokertracker.com/support/ and attach your logs to the ticket so that WhiteRider and the support staff can try and see what is causing your problem.
