A little unclear by that response.

Whats fine? Starting all over (which I would prefer not to), or importing the EML or DAT files.

You will need to purge the affected tournaments and re-import from the hand history files and .dat files.

Please attach the example files to a Support ticket so that we can investigate - please describe exactly what is wrong when you import those files.
