PT can't connect to registration server

I turned off my firewall and antivirus completely but still the same problem, so it seems theres a problem on your end.

I have the exatly same problem..

My poker tracker worked just fine until today, where I got the same message.

I know it has nothing to do with norton internet security which I have installed.

One of our servers was restarted today. Everything should have switched over to use the other servers but some users seem to have not been redirected correctly. Everything should be working again now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Nope, you still have the problem. I was able to log on yesterday, now I cant. I get "PokerTracker was unable to contact the registration server"

I haven't heard of anyone else reporting problems since then - have you updated your firewall or anything?

The "report your problem" link explains how to generate log files.
In the Start menu > Programs > PokerTracker 3 you should have a "PokerTracker 3 (Logging Enabled)" link.

Sorry my late answer.

After I have started PT3 with "Logging Enabled" everything is okay now. It solved the problem - I can now use PT3 normally.

I'm actually having the same problem. When booting PT3, I have a message that says cant contact registration server. I tried to launch it with Logging Enabled but I still get the same problem.

I have the same problem , I have turned off my firewall, and I have also added the exceptions that are in FAQ but I havent fixed anything...I havent changed anything in my computer but a couple of days ago it worked but today it doesn't.

This kind of thing is nearly always a problem with security software configuration. Turning off a firewall won't necessarily stop it from interfering - you need to make sure that PT3 is allowed full access, or you could try temporarily uninstalling the firewall. Which firewall do you use?
