Try to see in many of my previous threads and you will see. As said, I have tried this so many times before without any results.

Once again Im sitting here and is frustrated over this horrible product with so many technical problems all of the time. So many wasted hours on trying to solve problems.

I have had many problmes with PT3 thru 2010, but recently i have given up on trying to solve even basic problems due to the fact that this ticket issue is the end station every time. Now I decided to try to contact you again, but once again my problem is left unsolved. Its called history repeating.

Give me a call on the phone and guide me or let me download my license to my 3rd computer - that would be true support.
This is just a waste of time and generating so many frustrations.

Tried to create a ticket again following ur link.

I find the file and try to attach it... what happens .... I get an error message, saying something like

"This is a file extension, it is not possible to attach. Try to zip the file and upload".

That is voodoo talk to me - I dont understand a word of it and problem is left unsolved.

I send the ticket anyway... please check

That format of file is not yet supported - we will link your ticket to the issue in our system so that you get a notification when this is added.

So what do I do now ??

Problem remains unsolved.

I cant be the 1st who have to transfer MicroGaming hand history from one computer w/o PT3 to a computer with PT3.

These data are crucial for me, so it is very important to get this problem solved asap.

Please solve my problem (or let me download PT3 to my 3rd computer) .....

If you uninstall PT3 from one of your two systems, you will be able to install it on the third system - the uninstallation frees up one slot on your license code. If you uninstall just PT3 from one of your two machines with PT3, then install everything on the other computer, import the hands, export the hands, then uninstall PT3 there, you should be able to reinstall just PT3 on the original machine and everything will remain intact (just don't delete the configuration files when prompted at the end of the uninstall process).

Ok, so that could be a help.

I followed your instructuions for uninstalling og re-installing on 3rd computer. Seems to be working fine.

But... guess what... a new problem appears.

When I try to import the hands from the ongame client, PT3 just writes a lot of lines in red saying "Ongame: Error: no players listed (hand# xxxxx)"

I run Windows XP on this (my 3rd computer)

After a while PT3 stops writing these lines and I let it untouched for 20min, but no more happens. No hand are imported and my problem is still not solved...

Throw me a lifeline (Im drowning)....

Additional info: It appears PT3 will only import hands played after I have installed the pokertracker. It appears it will not import all the hands played on my 3rd computer from before I installed PT3.

Could you attach some of the hands that won't import to a support ticket? That will help us significantly in figuring out what's going on here.

I would ove to... but I've used 1h to search for the hands in a file or directory. I can not find anything.
Exactly where Im a supposed to find the hand history file ??

Ive tried to locate the file used by PT3 to auto import , but Im unable to find it.

Were the hand histories set to save on the computer in question? If they weren't, then there's nothing there to import . . .
