If the file is incomplete, the only way it can end up in that fashion is because it was not written completely by the Full Tilt Software.

You could also try PMing FTPSean or FTPDoug on 2+2 about the issue.

Under five minutes could definitely be a potential issue - sometimes Rush takes a considerable amount of time to write the last hand or two we've found. Obviously an hour should be plenty of time though.

Well, i don't press "Stop Auto Import" before i exit from fulltilt client - in that i'm 100% sure. And i look in 1st tourney which i wanna attach to ticket - there was 1 hour difference between final hand in tourney (entry 2) and endtime of incomplete hand history(absolutely missing final hand) for entry 4. And there was a break between - so i beleive there enough time and resources to write that hand.

We'll definitely take a look if you attach it to a ticket but from your description it sounds to me like Full Tilt is the one with the issues here.

Yep, for now i think that problem definetely in Full Tilt client, so no need in starting ticket. If somebody changes - i'd write about it here.
