That link doesn't appear to work properly for me - could you please upload the image and copies of the original hand history to a support ticket so that we can investigate for you?

the session time being reflected in my pt3 is 10 hours ahead of my actual session.

is this because of the upgrade?

Please check to see if they're in the directory C:\Users\[xxx]\P5JavaClientSettings\HandHistory for you - if so you'll need to configure PT3 to the new directory.

Can you confirm me that I can now upgrade my Flash Player without any problem? I had downgraded it to version 9 (along with Adobe Air) to eschew the issue of the frozen tables with their past software update.

If this can help you with the time issue, here's what they say about the update:

Tomorrow we are changing our download poker client from Flash to Java. So on the 18th May we will have both our download and web clients powered by Java which will mean much better software performance and a improved playing experience.

You will see some small changes because of the new technology mostly in the fonts used for the text and wording. It will look a bit different but you should get used to it very quickly.
In addition their are two new features:

• Your folded hands will be shown

• The Cash lobby shows all tables where you are currently seated.

A small change is the new location of hand histories: %userprofile%/P5JavaClientSettings/handhistory . Please note that hand histories will not take in to account daylight savings so can be one hour off.

You should now be able to update your Flash player without problems - Flash does not appear to be used at all in the new OnGame client, just Java.

FWIW this update should also mean that you can disable the "Always on top" option in the Auto Import > OnGame Configuration as the new software does not suffer from the problem this was introduced to work around. :)

Yes, I have all of the latest Adobe software installed and I was playing on bwin today with Always on Top mode turned off.

In the next beta there will be a little tweaks here and there to support this client better, but if you set everything up by hand it all works today.
