My name isn't showing in settings

I seem to have the same problem. I deleted some tournamnets and pressed 'purge players without hands' and now not only is my name not in the list but I tried to play a few hands and my name is not coming up either...

just to give you a clue that I thought of: My main name was "Wyse" on Stars, but I think I deleted all my hands on stars, now all the hands I play on merge under the name "Wysses" (one of my 'aliases') don't come up- could there be something in that? Thought there might be...

Sorry to keep posting in bits, but I did try to start a new database and it did import my hands fine and let me set my own name as the default; BUT the old database would not let me export as my name was not on the list (and could therefore no export anything...). I dont mind starting a new database but losing all the info on the --other-- players doesn't sound too fun. Any help would be great.

Your original hand history files should be in the PokerTracker 3\Processed folder by default. If you do a Manual Import of that folder it will reimport all of your hands.

If you deleted them then you should be able to export all the hands from your old database using the 'Advanced' tab of the export window.

After searching around on google about my problem I came across this thread. I have the exact same problem as the original poster.
I also use pokerstars.be and I'm on V3.13.7 beta. My username is nowhere to be found in the players list even though I am 95% sure I configured PT3 and the Pokerstars hand history right.
Any info on how this problem got resolved would be great!

Please check the PokerStars Configuration Guide to make sure you have everything set up correctly. If you think you have, and you don't see your own name in the list please report your problem - your logs should give us an idea what is going on.

had the same.... but was solved by putting pokerstars in english... and since hes playing on .be (like me) im guessing he did the same...

probably some dutch language keywords,,, that get misinterpreted by whatever process breaks up the hand history in usuable data
