HUD Not Starting

We are aware they changed things yesterday and our latest Beta version should take that into account. If you are still experiencing problems with that version please open a ticket and post your ticket number here for me.

I installed the beta version and everything is working properly now

THANK YOU!!! It's working now. It used to automatically let me know about updates but it hasn't in a really long time. Is there any way for me to re-instate that feature?

To answer the last poster, downloading the new version will only get it on your drive. You then have to find it on your drive and install it in order for it to override the older version.

I'm fairly sure that I have the new version running (older version has been overrun) because when I open PT3 it shows "PokerTracker v3.11.7 beta" on the top.

Egerts - it sounds like you have updated if it says 3.11.7 in the title bar of PT3, so please check the FAQ: Importing to PT3 and/or FAQ: PT3 HUD for solutions to common issues.

Nothing seems to work. I have been using PT3 for a year and a half now and I've never had any problems with HUD or HH except for yesterday when Stars made an update.

Following the recent Pokerstars upgrade, I am also experiencing this problem.

PT3 recognises the tables I am on but does not record any of the hand histories, hence no HUD display.

I am using the latest version of Lion and PT3 version 3.10.

Everything was fine until the recent Pokerstars upgrade.

Upgrading to the latest beta has fixed the problem and the HUD works fine.

And we have compensated for those changes in the latest beta version. Please also make sure that you are still running PokerStars as Administrator - there are times that privilege can be lost after updating. If you are still having trouble in 3.11.7 with everything running as Administrator, please report this problem so that we can investigate further for you.
