PT Beta 11 HUD still disappearing

Josh I'm an idiot. I thought I installed beta 11 this morning...I didn't. I was stil using beta 10 until minutes ago. Please ignore my support ticket.

I am using beta 11, multi tabling, still happening.

I played several single table SNG and HUD disappeared several times using version 11.
If you want the logs you will have to talk me thru it. I'ii be up for another hour

Altough HUD disappears it is less of a problem for me since I use PT more for post play analysis.
I am a computer idiot and was unable to find the Poker Tracker log/directory that the support FAQ referred me to.
Maybe you should work with some one who is more computer savvy.
For what its worth the HUD stat box disappears randomly for me and if I opened the poker tracker tab located at the top of the table screen and moved the background color slide it seemed to restore HUD.
I'm willing to help if I can...am off today and will check back.

Click Start, then Run... then enter "C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3" (without quotes). This should open the PokerTracker folder, then you are looking for the file called PokerTracker.log - or PokerTracker (text document).

Edit: can someone who uses Vista correct me if Start->Run is done differently on Vista?

You posted that you were in \Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Processed\ folder, when you need to be in the previous folder \Program Files\PokerTracker 3\. Please make sure when you follow his steps above that you do not search or click on any folder icons.

Is this the file you mean ?
I just noticed that this is a game I "observed" this morning, with PT 11/HUD running to see if it was working and did not see any problems.
