Hello again, now if you do not understand anything, I downloaded and installed the version 3.13.11para mac and me the same thing keeps happening, install it, but when I start PT continues with version 3.13.8. I wanted to recover the 3.13.9 version from the link and it is the same, the installation, but when I start PT, follows with 3.13.8. I do not understand because you have not had problems like this happened. Necesitatria help, thanks!

Please reboot your mac and then run the installer again.
If it still doesn't update, drag PokerTracker from Applications to the Trash, reboot, then run the installer again.

Hello again, well just tell that I have solved the problem by actualizr mac software, now if I recognize the version of PT 03/13/11. It's been a little accident but fixed. Regards and thanks!
