HUD at Speed Tables at winner poker (iPoker)

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

I did... I`m just talking with you also because you reply faster... I dont think that log file did saw anything that could help... They said that HUD is not showing because of my PC performance...they are right for my pc but I dont think its because of that.. Maybe it is but I dont think so...

Ok.. I think I found how I get the HUD again on the Speed Tables..

· I need FIRST to go to ``Client Options`` to UNMARK the ``Auto Center`` & ``Enable Speed Poker HUD`` options…

· Then I close PT4…. I OPEN IT AGAIN and I mark the same options…Then HUD starts to work…

I need to do this every time...Why is this happening?? Did I help a little??

That definitely should not be necessary every time. The log files contain a lot of information and will be forwarded to the appropriate developer if need be to figure out what is going wrong. Unfortunately at this point I don't know more than you and we will need to wait for someone who knows more than either of us to take a look at the log and figure out where to go next.

Hi,
After a month of using PT4 at SPEED tables (winner, iPoker) I can confirm that HUD doesn’t work for me from the beginning.. To be more specific I mean that I need to open/close PT4 3-4 times and mark/unmark ``Auto Center`` & ``Enable Speed Poker HUD`` options… Then somehow it starts to work.. As you can imagine this is very annoying.. I understand that it sounds strange but what else can I say..
During the month it was working smoothly for a week but all the other days didn’t… Kindly note that last Friday I changed also my hard disc to an SSD OCZ VERTEX4 SATA3 2,5" 128GB... But the problem remains..
• I have a 4GB RAM w/Pentium dual core 2.2Gz
Probably the problem is not in my system but somehow it doesn’t ``Enable Speed Poker HUD`` from the beginning… I can`t find the reason.. Log file just sent to customer support.. I did a format also (after changing the hard disc) and PT4 gave me another 30 days FREE trial… I hope you can help me to fix it because HM2 doesnt show HUD in iPoker at all (I`m a HM2 user also..)

ok... log folder doesnt have any .log files ... I`m very very very VERY VERY tired with this issue... I give up...

If someone else has this same problem, I learned it the hard way, the solution is to be aware that this order has to be followed EACH time:

1. Start PokerTracker 4
2. Start iPoker and Login
3. Click "Get Hands While Playing" in PokerTracker 4
4. Join a Speed Poker table

I think most common cause is that we do step3 before step2 and then it doesn't work...
